ALEX is one of the few integrated profiles manufacturing plants in Nigeria, right from production of billets and logs, extrusion of profiles, post- extrusion treatments and surface finishing like anodizing and powder coating. With this completely integrated approach ALEX controls the quality of the products right from its metal composition and has a full fledged laboratory for this. ALEX has its own highly qualified design and development team with a die reconstruction workshop and this facilitates quick innovations in profile design and execution.
ALEX is one of the few plants in Africa employing highly commended Clecim extrusion technology from Europe and is supported with Swiss Gema Powder deposition technology. Now this means very much to the end quality of the profiles, both in terms of optimal extrusion forces and heat in the process as well a controlled surface in poster coated profiles.
Real challenge is scary, but we are not afraid.
